Introducing The Linden House!
Built in 1900, this Victorian is brimming with history. While the structure and the bones are original, most of the interiors have been updated. Art from local artists graces the walls of each room, compliments of Everett and Charlie, a Linden Hills art gallery.
Location
You can't get any closer to Linden Hills than this updated storybook house. It is located just steps to all the great shops, galleries, and restaurants – Wild Rumpus (1/2 block), Jones Coffee (1 block), James Beard award-winning restaurants Tilia (1/2 block) and Martina (1 block), and neighborhood favorite Harriet Brasserie.
Lake Harriet, dotted with sailboats in summer and art shanties in winter, is 2 blocks away. Stroll around the lake and nearby playgrounds, or relax on the front porch.

"Great house in a LOVELY walkable neighborhood with shops and really good restaurants. The lake was an easy walk to as well. The area was so pretty! The lake, trees, and flowers. Picturesque! The house was welcoming and charming. Plus, it had all the amenities at our fingertips. The beds were comfortable which is always a big deal for us. Also, the proximity of the airport was only like 20-25 min. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

Walkable to Lake Harriet and several small shops and local restaurants - it is the perfect location. The house was immediately comfortable for my family and I - the decor was hip but comfortable.
