"Great place to have the family gather for a holiday get-together. Convenient location. Walkable to great restaurants. Overall easy to get in, but instructions were lengthy and sounded more complicated than it really was. We would stay there again. The kitchen and views were fantastic."

"Everything was great and we LOVED our stay. We only had a few major glitches. The amount of information sent via procedures is OVERWHELMING to say the least. It's also ALL incorrect. Everything we were told to do was wrong. First- we were e-mailed and told we would get a text with a six digit code to enter at the door to get the keys. They texted us an 8 digit code. Next, we were told via e-mail what our parking spot would be, but when we picked up the keys, it was a different parking spot. The front door is locked after 9:00 pm and when we tried to use our key fob, it didn't work. We entered the code they gave us and that didn't work either. We had to enter via the parking garage and walk across the rooftop parking to a back entrance. Not so convenient, especially when carrying groceries. Also we had issues with the shuffleboard and fireplace in lobby. Other than that- our stay was incredible, the view was breathtaking, the area is amazing and we plan on going back again."

"Except for the keycafe process being a little confusing and getting too many email instructions rather than one simple overview, everything was amazing. The place is incredible. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back the next time we come back for a visit from our three year work assignment in Europe."

"This was well situated in the north loop warehouse district. It was walkable to restaurants and entertainment and a short drive to many sights and museums. <br/>We were two couples and the loft space was spacious and well divided, the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the common space providing privacy. This is a penthouse and the views are expansive, we caught a thunderstorm moving in which was spectacular. It also has a small terrace.<br/>The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were spacious and clean.<br/>The building was very secure you needed a fob to access most areas and there was a designated secure space in the garage for 1 car.<br/>We would recommend without hesitation.<br/>The staff were very responsive to our questions and any issues that arose."

"This penthouse apartment was perfect for our needs. Close enough to the convention center (7 mins drive) and to restaurants and grocery store. Admittedly we didn't do a lot of cooking, but we found to the kitchen to have all the amenities we needed. Additionally this sofa bed has to be the most comfortable one we have ever slept on - solid! If visiting Minneapolis again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others"

(Different from listing stating 2 kings). However, the housekeeping and maintenance were incredibly fast and catered to anything we needed!"

"This is roughly the 5th time we’ve stayed at the Sable - 2nd time in the Penthouse. Always a great stay! Absolutely beautiful, great location in North Loop, stunning rooms, cool city views. We just keep going back every time. My only grip is checking in/out is complicated. And I’m saying this after my 5th stay with the Sable. They send a lot of emails, texts, have a guest portal - way too much info. And after all that I struggled to find my access code to get the keys when checking in/out. If they can simplify the process and consolidate / stream-line their system, it would make it a lot easier on guests! <br/>Overall a must stay, 5 stars every time!"

"We were in town visiting our college son for a Hockey Game and Football game. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the place. It was great having 2 bedrooms and a comfy pullout couch, kitchen and outdoor fire pit. We enjoyed Rise bagels, Wrecktangle Pizza and Red Cow. Underground parking garage access was also ideal. We love the NOLO area!"

"First time to Minneapolis for a four-day weekend with friends for a baseball game. This condo was immaculate! Large loft with private bathrooms for each bedroom. State of the art appliances, although we ate out most of the time. Sitting on the private deck at the end of the day or being lazy in the morning with coffee was well worth it. There's also a large public balcony with sofas and grills. Except for the ride from the airport, everything was walkable. So many restaurants and bars in the immediate area, it was hard to choose. Right behind the building is a courtyard with a coffee shop, a taco place and two restaurants (Thr3 Jack was great!). Christen was the best for answering any questions we had with check and check out. Really enjoyed everything about this place!"

"We came for a work trip with family and small children This location was close to so much. We could walk to bars, restaurants and playgrounds. The check in was a bit of a hassle due to the cellular connection going out of the key crib. We had the resolved quickly thanks to the management team. I would stay here again!"

"Sable is located in the center of a great neighborhood of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and cool small retail shops. We felt totally safe walking around at night and enjoyed the casual and young vibe. Four block walk to the Twins stadium and one block furor the Timberwolves. Both are major music venues. We will be back the next time we’re in Minneapolis."
