You'll find a warm and functional main level with a cozy living room, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen nook, and a bonus back room with a pull-out couch—perfect as a flex guest space or second lounging area. Upstairs, enjoy three peaceful bedrooms and a full bathroom, including a spacious king ensuite.

Outside, relax on the front porch or unwind on the back stone patio with a grill and outdoor seating.

- A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
- No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"This place is so close to a fabulous coffee shop around the corner and great restaurants a bike ride away.
We had some issues whilst there and they were addressed very promptly.
As clearly stated in the description, there is an apartment located below the house. Luckily, the current residents were wonderful but this Mama was conscious of little feet running around.
There are air conditioning units located around the property, as opposed to central air. These are effective in the rooms in which they are located.
Our family with three young children enjoyed the quiet, tree-lined streets in the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the wonderful bike lanes around the area."
